It's a popular Vegas slogan that has won awards. One that is meant to be tongue and cheek. But how seriously do some tourists take the 'What happens here, stays here' slogan. Sheriff Bill Young says over the years he's seen tourist attitudes change, especially because certain ads are targeted at the younger crowd. He says the number of all night clubs has multiplied dramatically. The ads target people in their early twenties, some who the sheriff says are 'hell-bent' on losing their inhibitions and end up causing problems for police.
