Do you believe that we shouldn't measure how intelligent someone is but instead measure what type of intelligence someone has?

I've been thinking recently that few people are really any more intelligent than others. There seems to be many different types of intelligence such as communicative intelligence, practical intelligence, etc. What do you think?
