Does Visine make your eyes burn?

My eyes were starting to itch, so I'd scratch them, then They'd turn red. I went to the store, picked up some Visine AC for Seasonal Itching and Redness Relief, But it just made my eyes burn and feel like they were on fire for about 4 days.
