Do you think two similar questions should be allowed if there is good reason to expect very different percentages on the survey?

For example 'Do you think there are advanced civilisations on other planets' is not allowed because 'Do you think there is life on other planets' is already on here but there would be a significant difference in the percentage that answer 'yes.'
