In an industry that prides itself on a message for every occasion, American Greetings has produced a line of patriotic cards intended to boost morale of U.S. troops in Iraq. The company, with annual sales of $2 billion, offered a line of cards for the Gulf War in 1991 that was successful, even though the war was brief. This time, the firm has created a new line of 28 cards. 'We have more specific captions and there are actually cards geared toward this war...'
