If you use Netflix, have you ever had a movie show up in your queue you know you didn't add?

I just checked mine because I have 3 new ones that should ship out today. One of the 3 is called ''Sexual Matrix'' and it looks like something you'd see on Cinemax. I know that I didn't add that one. I don't even see how I could've added it accidentally!
