Have you ever had someone pop your back by stepping on it?

My sister always asked me to do this for her and it freaks me out. I don't like feeling someone's joints popping like that. Every time I've let someone do this to me, it just ends up squishing my chest (ouch) and and forcing all the air out of my lungs.
