How do you take your coffee: With some sweetener and/or creme, or true black meaning absolutely nothing but the coffee?

I have just recently sworn off creme, although if the coffee is ever a little strong I'll probably use it. I do still sweeten with Splenda. My friend likes it with nothing. I don't see how people can stand that. I get a little creme and no sugar for some. But if you're not using creme I don't see how you could not sweeten it just a little.
