Oh my gosh there would have been RIOTS at my school if they would have done this - my school had smoking and non-smoking dorms. I always lived in the smoking dorms, and I even had roomates that didn't smoke but wanted to live in the smoking dorms just so friends wouldn't have to go outside when they visited. My best friend's school banned smoking, candles AND incense - we could burn whatever we wanted at my school though, as long as it was a smoking suite. ***** Students Face More Smoking Restrictions Fri Dec 13, 1:43 PM ET By CLARKE CANFIELD, Associated Press GORHAM, Maine - If you overlook the 'no smoking' signs outside Harlan A.
