If you were a leap year child, would you choose to celebrate your birthday on February 28, or March 1 on regular years?

Let's just say you were born on February 29. When it's not a leap year, would you choose February 28, since it is still in the same month? Or would you choose March 1 since it (as well as Feb. 29) comes AFTER the 28th of February.
