I've got a friend, great guy, great friend. But he thinks his life has to go the way society says it goes. So he graduated from college, got a great job through nepotism, found a nice schoolteacher to marry, had a baby, bought a gigantic house, etc. But he's miserable and I think it's because he tried too hard to do what he thinks society wants him to do. Even if you love them, do people like that irritate you or make you mad all the same?
