A 'food sniffer' is one who routinely wanders around the place sniffing out those who are eating. He/She then sniffs the air around that persons' food, and comments on how good it smells, hoping they will be offered some. **************** There's a man who does this at my job. He'll track down anyone eating, sniff the air, then make comments about how great it looks/smells. If you offer him some, he gets excited... if not, he looks sad and walks away.
