Do you ever use the adjective 'happy' to describe situations or inanimate objects?

Eg: 'That piece of cheese cake is SO happy' (Hungry restaurant patron) Or, 'The fair looks really happy tonight!' (my friend, in response to the flashing lights and ferris wheel)
