Does it annoy you when people answer their own questions?

I was under the impression that since this is essentially a poll site, the questions should be as unbaised as possible, and the effect is kind of spoiled when you make the first post saying 'I think so! What about you?' Yes, I realize this question is hugely ironic, but I am genuinly curious.
