The second death in three days of a police traffic officer working 'one-up' in Victoria has prompted threats of industrial action if officers continue to be deployed to work alone. Police Association Victorian assistant secretary Bruce McKenzie said it was not safe for police to work alone, even if that was the individual officer's preference.
