Are you the kind of customer who yells at the employees for things that can't be helped?

I work at the beer store and lately we have a big shortage of beer. People come in and I have to tell them 'We have nothing in Laker beer' or 'We have no Labatt Blue' etc. It's not my fault, I don't think I should have to hear about it. There are companies you can call to complain. sometimes working with the public is a headache.
