Would you steal medicine to give to a very sick friend?

Say the medicine in question cost 500 dollars at the pharmacy. You know for a fact that the pharmacist buys the medicine from the drug company for 10 dollars. You earn 500 dollars a year, you have no savings or legitimate way of obtaining the money. Your friend will die unless you get this medicine.
