BERLIN (Reuters) - German police apprehended an 11-year-old boy as he torched stolen goldfish with a homemade flame-thrower. They discovered the boy roasting the fish with a device made from a water pistol, a cigarette lighter and a stolen petrol canister. Police confiscated the flame-thrower, but were too late to save the goldfish, which were stolen from a neighbor's pond. The boy's age means he will not be prosecuted...
