Best: Lindsay Lohan has breast implants OK. So La Lohan became an uncomfortable dish du jour for men feeling funny in the stomach over the teenage 'Mean Girls' star. But there was something sweet and smart about her. She wasn't Paris Hilton or Hilary Duff or Tara Reid: She had substance and charm and can actually act.
