Do you agree with this proposed law to limit the number of passengers in an inexperienced teen's car?

Legislation to prohibit inexperienced teenage drivers from transporting passengers under the age of 18 moved to within one step of passage in the Maryland Senate today. The restriction on carrying young passengers would apply for the first six months after a teenager received a license.
