Should this tow truck driver be fired for repossessing a car with a baby in the backseat?

SAN ANTONIO, Texas -- A woman's car was repossessed late Tuesday while her 8-month-old baby was strapped in the back seat. Police said the car was hauled off while the mother went inside a fitness club a little before midnight to make a payment. When she returned to the parking lot, she saw the car being towed away.
