When researchers from the University of Wales College of Medicine in Cardiff did a study of neurosis in the United Kingdom, here's what they found: People with no cars had a 40% greater likelihood of being neurotic than people with two or more cars. People who rented their homes were 30% more likely to be neurotic than people who owned their own homes. The researchers estimated that 10% of the neurosis problem in the United Kingdom could be attributed to people who rent their homes and don't own cars.
