These days, one of our country’s main forms of entertainment is listening to extremely angry humans venting, grumbling, griping, carping, cursing, raging, railing and bellyaching. The momentum has been building for years and now it has reached a critical mass: On radio, on TV, on the Internet, on the stage, on CDs and in countless best-selling books, Americans are ranting like spit-spewing street-corner lunatics.
