Do you think high school students should be forced to enroll in R.O.T.C.?

When my daughter started her first year of High School- we found out that it is MANDATORY for all freshmen to enroll in ROTC- which I disagree with completly as I don't want her to be influenced by their program to join the armed forces after high school.
