Do you think President Bush has fallen off the wagon?

Recent shots of him drinking what is claimed to be non-alcoholic beer have left people wondering if perhaps he is drinking again. Alcoholics are not supposed to drink 'near beer', as it still contains slight amounts of alcohol. Furthermore, after drinking the beers, he became sick and was unable to attend a G8 session.
