I saw a kitten at the side of the highway trying to jump up the ledge, but failing. Apart from wondering how it got there, I was wondering how it could be saved. I felt really guilty for not saving it, but it was not possible to stop. Note: It is a busy and narrow highway - there was no way the kitten could climb up the ledge - the only way was for it to cross the road again, and exit to the pedestrian side. Stopping your car means you risk causing a human accident.
