Will the youth today be able to deal with middle age?

I see so many threads on how some posters would kill themselves if they got wrinkles, or gained weight. I added a question on the sexuality of the elderly and the responses saddened me. 'I hope I die before I get old'..a quote from a who song...will this apply to the youth of today?
