A binman who found £10,000 in shredded banknotes has been told he can keep the cash - if he pieces it together. Graham Hill, 43, spotted the remains of £10 and £20 notes dumped in rubbish six months ago. He took it to cops, who kept the wad to see if anyone claimed it. Yesterday police told him that no one had come forward and the shredded money was his to keep. The Bank of England has said it will replace every note he can stick back together. Pieces must be reassembled correctly as the Bank will look for matching serial numbers...
