Would you cover for a lying over the phone surveyor when the 'quality assurance people' call?

Let's say you get a phone call from a phone survey person and he/she said 'Look, I know you probably don't want to take this survey, so I'll make up some answers, and all you have to do is say I did my job when they call you back to make sure I do my job.' Would you cover for them?
