Do you think Dog the Bounty Hunter should have these criminal charges against him for catching a fugitive in Mexico?

Apparently in Mexico it is illegal to bounty hunt, and now Dwayne 'Dog' Chapman may face charges in that country. They are currently out on bail and are not allowed to leave their state.
