Basically, if knowing a certain truth would cause more harm than good, would it be better for the public to remain ignorantly blissful? Example - If it's proven beyond any reasonable doubt that there is an unchangeable (i.e. no amount of educational or social reform will alter it; a 20 point gap will always remain a 20 point gap), *purely* genetic gap in intellectual ability between the races, this information would probably cause more harm than good. Should this information become public knowledge, then?
