Should Congress subpoena professional baseball players to testify about steroid use in baseball?

TAMPA — The circus is coming to town — Washington, D.C., and Capitol Hill to be specific. It's scheduled to open on St. Patrick's Day and is supposed to feature musclemen and other assorted acts. If Congressmen Tom Davis, R-Va., and Henry Waxman, D-Calif., are successful in pulling off their ballyhooed hearing on steroids in baseball March 17, it'll be nothing more than three-ring reality TV chasing big ratings.
