Or not? ***** Serb Stones fans allowed to pay for tickets in instalments 12/05/2002 Serbian fans of The Rolling Stones are being allowed to pay for tickets to the band's concert in Belgrade in instalments. The band have agreed to reduce the cost of tickets to their show August 2 because Serbs earn so little. But even with the discount the ticket price of £32 pounds is still too much for many fans in the country where the average monthly wage is less than £100. According to the Serbian daily newspaper Blic, fans will be allowed to pay for the tickets over a six month period. The Komuna ticket agency says they made the decision because they had to take the country's poor economic circumstances into account....
