Do you feel uncomfortable in bathrooms that have an attendent sitting on a chair waiting to give you some paper towel and expecting a tip?

As someone with a bladder disease I hate this. I ususally run into this at concerts or fancy restaurants. If I have to pee five times during the show I feel like I have to pay her each time because she stares at me. I hate bathroom attendents!
