Should there be a limit to the number of cars a household could own?

My neighbor has three people living in his house and they own 6 cars. They take up a lot of parking spots and I find it unfair for the rest of us. Maybe there should a car limit of one car per driver.

I think the limit should be on street parking not cars owned. If you have a giant garage or driveway go crazy.
