Are you comfortable with your depression?

I was depressed as a teen and took anti-depressants for awhile. I was fine for a few years after and have recently began experiencing depression again. But I'm comfortable and almost relieved to feel it because it was so familiar to me for so long. It's almost like happines was something foreign.
