All else being equal, should restaurant patrons with small children tip better than childless diners?

'All else' meaning acceptable service, ability to pay, etc. Should they tip better on principle? Small children require lots of napkins, crayons, special communication, make noise, need their needs met more immediately than most diners, and make messes.
