Do you use the same excuse every time you break up with someone?

i.e., 'It's not you, it's me,' 'I just need some space,' 'I'm going through a hard time in my life right now, and I just need to think things through,' 'I know you're the one for me; I just need to take some time off to really appreciate what I have with you', etc.
