ELYRIA, Ohio -- Bill Kriso, a disabled Vietnam veteran, has a bullet lodged in his brain from the war, but he remains a thankful man. He's also thankful for finding his new home in a quiet Elyria development, so to show his appreciation he put up a sign in his window that read, 'Thank You Jesus For Our New Home.' The development's management told Kriso to take the sign down. He got a copy of the bylaws when he bought the house in January. It said that only 'For Sale' signs are forbidden.
