Do you think there will be a female, nightly news anchor for one of the major networks soon?

Currently the major networks in the US: NBC, CBS, and ABC have only male anchors doing their nightly news programs. Do you feel when one of them retires a female will be selected or will it continue to be a male-dominated job?
