Possible deer hunting in Council Bluffs continues to irk many residents. That's because city leaders are debating whether or not to allow bow hunting within city limits. Similar to this neighborhood, many areas in Council Bluffs are over run by four legged creatures. Some say the ever growing deer population has caused over a half million dollars in car damage alone. Now many city leaders want to thin the herds by allowing bow hunting within city limits--an idea that makes some residents skittish.
