If you drink alcohol, do you drink it because you want to become intoxicated, or because you actually enjoy the taste of alcohol?

Ofcourse, there is a third option of both liking the taste and wanting to become drunk. I find that most people my age (teenagers) drink simply to get drunk, I mean, I do, but I love the taste of liquor at the same time.
