Is it morally justifiable to use the bodies of people who have willed their remains to science for an exhibit?

The best example is Gunther von Hagen's traveling exhibit 'Body Worlds'. I saw this exhibit when it came to Chicago during the summer in 2005, and while I thought it was an amazing exhibit and had no objections to it, I can easily understand why some people would feel otherwise.
