I knew a guy in high school. He used to be a fat, anti-social douchebag who sat on a bench at school making fun of everyone who passed by. Then summer before junior year, he got liposuction (or lost weight, the rumor was lipo, not sure if I believe that) and joined the football team. He was still the same douchebag he always was, the football team hated him, but people thought he had changed.
