WARNING - MAY DISTURB SOME READERS Earlier this week, I saw the stunning South Korean thriller 'Oldboy', which included a disgusting scene where the main protagonist goes to a sushi restaurant and eats a live octopus - first by biting off its head, and then shoving its still-writhing tentacles into his mouth *. I dry-heaved and had to turn away. * And, yes, it was a real octopus; a total of four were consumed during filming (the actor Choi Min-sik, a Buddhist, prayed after doing each of those takes)
