Do you think that the total number of US soldiers killed in the Middle East will ever exceed the number killed in Korea?

Story: More than 54,000 Americans died in Korea. Nearly 300 have died in Iraq, along with those who died in Kuwait and those who died in Beruit and other actions previously the number is growing substantially. Does this have the potential to continue rising or would the US find such a prospect unaceptable?
