Do you know what you would say to a good friend who only has a few months to live?

I going to visit my friend in the morning for what I am pretty sure will be the last time. He has bone cancer and it is very hard for him to breathe. I have told him that I love him and will miss him over the phone but I think when I see him face to face it will be hard to do anything but cry.
