Should students be allowed to wear overtly religious T-Shirts in public schools?

Is that kind of religious propaganda a violation of the separation of church and state guaranteed in the bill of rights and the constitution? Schools have strict dress codes that are meant to protect the students. Should they also protect students from religious brainwashing?
