Is a woman that sells her breastmilk to mothers akin to being a prostitute?

This discussion has been ongoing on one of the other websites I chat at. One woman sells her breastmilk (usually frozen), to women who cannot breastfeed for -whatever- reason. Another woman says that this is similar to being a prostitute; that it degrades women in general.
