Do you have an idea how long you could survive inside your home with only the supplies currently on hand?

Imagine if you will, a situation where you are (without advance warning) prevented from leaving your home--25 feet of snowfall, zombie attack, the door suddenly stops working, etc. How long would you be able to survive without leaving your home? Hours? Days? Weeks? Years?
